Neck Pain on the Left Side: Inability to Breathe with your Left Diaphragm

Neck Pain on the Left Side: Inability to Breathe with your Left Diaphragm Neck pain on the left side that is not the result of injury or arthritis is usually a result of the inability to breathe with your left diaphragm.

In this scenario it is a total body issue and specifically you need to incorporate the left side of your body into your life in a non compensatory manner.

You need:

1. Left foot pronation.
2. Left femur internal rotation
3. Left AF/IR of the pelvis (posterior rotation of the pelvis)
4. Internal rotation of the left ribs (left ZOA)
5. Left posterior ribcage expansion of the ribcage.

When all that is happening appropriately, your neck should be able to calm down.
