While practicing some hit confirming I found that you can OS Raiden's F4 after jump kicks. With correct timing the knee will only come out on hit which allows you to confirm into big damage. Video shows a recorded raiden looping the same input vs block and hit. Then I set cpu to block random and show hit confirm combos.
