Remittance: Meaning, Facts, Positive and Negative Aspects

Remittance is the sum of money transferred by the resident of the country who is working abroad. Rs 890 billion remittance inflow in Nepal in Fiscal Year 2018/19 or 2074/75 BS (World Bank, 2019). According to the World Bank (2019), it is the highest remittance inflow ever in Nepal.
