Authorities identify victims of Virginia Beach shooting, provide update on investigation

Authorities are set to provided an update on the Virginia Beach shooting that left at least 12 people dead and several injured.

They said the suspect was an employee of the city and had worked as an engineer for 15 years.

Officials also gave the names of the 12 people who were killed and said there were four people seriously injured.
