You will absolutely LOVE the convenience of this location to all attractions. Access to the Parkway is via stop light #1 in Pigeon Forge, so no long waits for an opening in traffic even when busiest. You are only 10 minutes away from the Tanger Outlet Mall, Wal-Mart, Dixie Stampede, and only 15-18 minutes from Gatlinburg (actual travel time depends on traffic). All major attractions are a short ride away. Yet you get to come home to peaceful serenity. The riverwalk leads you along the banks of the Little Pigeon River which wraps around the back and side of our neighborhood. Get a temporary license and go fishing!!.
