1. Prosperity on Four Levels 3 Jn 1:2 Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul (Spirit) prospers.
Spirit – Living the spirit filled, spirit led life is the best most fulfilled life
Eph 5:18 do not be drunk with wine, in which is dissipation; but be filled with the Spirit
Rom 8:14 as many as are led by the Spirit of God, these are sons of God.
Soul – The power of lifting ever limit and insecurity
Rom 12:2 do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.
Body – It’s Gods will to heal and to give divine health
Is 53:4-5 Surely He has borne our griefs (sickness) And carried our sorrows (pain) Yet we esteemed Him stricken, Smitten by God, and afflicted. 5 But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities; The chastisement for our peace was upon Him,
And by His stripes we are healed.
1 Cor 6:19 your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you
Financial – Why would he give the power to prosper and not give it
Deut 8:18 “And you shall remember the Lord your God, for it is He who gives you power to get wealth
2. Gods Prosperity Takes Time – So Enjoy the Journey
Ps 115:14 the Lord increase you more and more, You and your children.
Deut 7:22 And the Lord your God will drive out those nations before you little by little; you will be unable to destroy them at once, lest the beasts of the field become too numerous for you.
Heb 6:12-15 that you do not become sluggish, but imitate those who through faith and patience (are) inherit the promises. 13 For when God made a promise to Abraham, because He could swear by no one greater, He swore by Himself, 14 saying, “Surely blessing I will bless you, and multiplying I will multiply you.” 15 And so, after he had patiently endured, he obtained the promise.
Is 51:2 Look to Abraham your father, And to Sarah who bore you; For I called him alone, And blessed him and increased him.”
Gen 26:12-13 Then Isaac sowed in that land, and reaped in the same year a hundredfold; and the Lord blessed him. 13 The man began to prosper, and continued prospering until he became very prosperous
Matt 6:33 seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.
3. Always Put God’s Word First Place and You Will Succeed
Josh 1:8 This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate in it day and night, that you may observe to do according to all that is written in it. For then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success.
Ps 112:1-3 Praise the Lord! Blessed is the man who fears the Lord, Who delights greatly in His commandments. 2 His descendants will be mighty on earth; The generation of the upright will be blessed. 3 Wealth and riches will be in his house, And his righteousness endures forever.
Ps 1:2-3 But his delight is in the law of the Lord, And in His law he meditates day and night. 3 He shall be like a tree Planted by the rivers of water, That brings forth its fruit in its season, Whose leaf also shall not wither; And whatever he does shall prosper.
