KINGPIN's 60mph E-Bike | Bike Check & Test Ride

We got a chance to check out KINGPIN's overclocked bike while in Taipei for Computex. This e-bike is a custom modified set of parts, including a 3000W motor and 100A controller, that results in a 60mph commuter. If you are interested in getting something like this, please be aware of your local laws and exercise caution when using the bike. We did not go over 20mph when pedestrians were near (and 20mph is easily pedaled on a bike), and would advise that you follow similar guidelines for safety!

This e-bike reaches about 115 kilometers per hour at max speed, or roughly 71mph. The typical max is about 60mph / 100kmh, as the battery can only produce 71mph when bursted and at full charge.
