The first Summer like day of 2019 in Laguna Beach had professional Skimboarders Blair Conklin and Tim Fulton rushing to the beach with Brazilian photographer Andre Magaroa Andre is one the most talented flash photographers in action sports. We highlight the process that goes in to snapping a flash photo with Andre.
