An outside perspective of the full journey of the Heritage railway route of New Jalpaiguri - Darjeeling railway route. We followed the train from Siliguri Junction to Ghoom on a scooter. From a hot, dusty december morning, we ended up with a rain soaked cold evening, all the while constantly clicking still pics as well as videos.
Darjeeling Himalayan Railway, which is other wise referred to as Darjeeling Toy Train have most number of services between Darjeeling and Ghum and couple of Tourist specials from Kurseong as well. But just one daily train runs between New Jalpaiguri to Darjeeling.
