Boris Might Not Even Become Prime Minister

The winner of the Conservative party leadership contest is announced today. Boris Johnson is the overwhelming favourite to win the contest but, even if he does, it does not mean he automatically becomes Prime Minister. New rumours suggest that he may not become PM even if he is Tory party leader.
