Security Minister Gen Elly Tumwine has been referred to parliament’s committee on Rules Discipline and Privileges for alleged contempt of parliament. Tumwine is accused of demeaning parliament and the person of Speaker Rebecca Kadaga, as alleged by Busongora South MP, Atkins Katusabe.
