Private water companies told their time is up on thirtieth anniversary of water privatisation

Thirty years ago, Margaret Thatcher sold off our water. After thirty years of water privatisation, we've seen a 40% real terms increase in bills, CEOs and shareholders pocketing millions, and private companies polluting our rivers.

We Own It paid the private water companies a visit on their thirtieth birthday to tell them that their time is up. We're going to take them into public ownership.
