
Even if you just watch this regularly and choose not to participate with any other programmes, you will experience benefits, and I give this to you in the hope that your world will be at least a little better as a result. That said, I must stress that the exercises shown are only given a tersery explanation, and you should be taught them in-person by a qualified teacher (either myself or one of my colleagues) to benefit fully from them.
For maximum benefit, watch and participate in a space where you have room to stretch and move around, as well as having good seating.
