The rotational dip process from Dürr comes in two versions, the chain driven RoDip® M and the electric driven RoDip® E. Both versions have been enhanced, true to the motto “form follows function”. The result is even greater efficiency, quality, and flexibility. The design of RoDip® M has been streamlined in favor of a single-sided design that reduces maintenance. Previously, the carrier motion was guided on both sides of the channel. The multiple angled V-guide used for the 180° rotation allows the speed of rotation to be reduced, so that delicate body zones exit the tank more gently. Watch all enhancements of RoDip® M in our video.
