Not the best example here, but for 7 1/2 years now, there has been some bubbling in the toilet bowl when tank is emptied and bowl begins to refill. Also, when the toilet in the adjacent apartment (just on the other side of the wall from my toilet) is flushed, the water in my toilet jiggles. In addition, my kitchen sink bubbles when adjacent neighbors on other side of wall empty their sink water all at once.
