Equestria Girls: Holiday Unwrapped set to be release on September 22nd?

Equestria Girls series seemed to be not over yet as a polish website has a new listing up for another 44 minute Equestria Girls special called "My Little Pony: Equestria Girls Holiday Unwrapped", which will also included in the upcoming Equestria Girls DVD sets that listed in one of the website.
Most of all... Could it be done by other animation crew?
