YPLog CW Keyboard - Gstreamer Bandpass Filter to improve YPLog's CW Keyboard output - Windows 10

Gstreamer Windows 10 script used for a simple way to use a virtual audio able as YPLog's playback device, AND, filter out YPLog's harmonics and cw edge noise while still inside the Gstreamer pipeline and then send it to the RealTek sound card of the Windows 10 laptop - speakers or headphones - all in NEAR ZERO LATENCY
