For 30 days I have to do 50 burpees a day... For the ones that doesn’t know what a burpee is, a burpee is a full body workout. Start from a standing position and drop down to a push-up position... push up to a standing position and complete a vertical leap... that’s one rep. Join the movement and preserve the sexy...
