South Carolina governor provides update on Hurricane Dorian preparations

South Carolina Gov. Henry McMaster and other officials provided an update on Sunday about preparations being made for Hurricane Dorian.

McMaster said several mandatory evacuations had been ordered across the state's east coast to take effect Monday and schools would also close on Tuesday.
