BJP leader Giriraj Singh has a solution to mob lynching. The Union Minister for Animal Husbandry, Dairying and Fisheries says that once the cows stop to yield milk, they are left astray and become targets of bovine smugglers, which eventually leads to mob lynching. The Begusarai MP has called for a bovine revolution wherein cows which yield 20 litres of milk per day for their entire lifetime will be reared. "We will set up a cow factory....We'll use IVF technology from cows giving 20 litres milk on cows which stop giving milk....In the coming days, through insemination, the calves that will be born would only be female ones, through (doses of) sex-sorted semen. There will be no question of mob lynching", said the Union Minister.
