FACTS and OBSERVATIONS: Vulcanizing Bike tires in the Philippines is very much unique compared to more progressive countries. In States, I rarely find shops that Vulcanize Bike tires. You can do it by yourself by buying Vulcanizing kit and it's not that hard to Vulcanize Bike tires unlike car tires. In the Philippines, there are a lot of shops that Vulcanize Bike or motortrade tires. One of them is the shop nearby our house.
