Cayenne pepper is most well known for adding some spice to our meals, but it does much more then just enhance the flavour of the foods we eat. It can provide numerous health benefits when consumed consistently, such as improving circulation and heart health, as well as improving digestion. You do not have to consume large amounts of cayenne pepper to obtain these health benefits, with 1 teaspoon to 2 teaspoons being more then enough. Now, lets discuss some of the amazing health benefits of consuming cayenne pepper regularly.
