The GOP has way has been cleared for Justin Walker, who earned a not qualified rating from the American Bar Association to become the a federal judge.
Every Republican on the Judiciary Committee voted to advance Walker, every Democrat voted no.
Walker, a 37-year-old associate law professor at the University of Louisville who has worked as speechwriter for Donald Rumsfeld, has also clerked for former Supreme Court Justice Anthony Kennedy and current Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh.
Walker has never tried a case. He's never even been a co-counsel in a case ... now he is set to become a federal judge.
There is more at stake in the 2020 election than the White House. The federal judiciary is on the line. If Trump wins reelection he will have the ability to appoint upwards of five hundred federal judges.
