Hello Director of DCARA, Mr. Raymond Rodgers:

I am not here to criticize nor belittle you, Amber, DCARA or anything but giving you sense of community-wide (seriously, many people complained) feedback & support here.

This is an ENERGENCY matter that we should NOT take it lightly by having one of your DCARA employee, Amber, as an “inexperienced DI” which creates such problematic drama potentials among our already-fragile/vulnerable Deaf Community in Northern California especially in SF Bay Area’s north side (Wine Country).

Again, a several red flags involved here. Could cause a lawsuit potential(s), who knows? I am just looking out for you, DCARA and our treasured community.
