Let's study and question the belief 'I HAVE TO EAT IT NOW!!!' (the belief in urgency) The conflicting beliefs about eating, foods, and our bodies....they battle each other, run in the background, and wind up creating havoc.

The sense of URGENCY appears. We believe in emergencies. Cravings.

We can't stand all of it. Horrible.

Recently on my autumn retreat in The Work, I asked the participants to feel free to ask me any questions at all about food and eating even though we were there doing The Work on everything--all kinds of relationships and situations.

A few did ask me about eating issues, but privately.

In the video today, I share what I said when one person said she starts to overeat, urgently eat, and Not Stop....and then she felt nauseated.
