Oct 30 2019 - Central Nanaimo - Another person looking to steal from cars

RAW FOOTAGE - Security camera caught another guy attempting all the cars on the street. This happens weekly ever since the Labieux housing complex went in. Never once had it before it went in. Just putting this out to spread the word we are watching our streets and that the city of Nanaimo and the province of BC needs to get this fixed!
