Traumatic cataract with limbal and iris tear repair -single pass 4 throw

we demonstrate a traumatic corneoscleral tear with iris wound incarceration, torn iris, and anterior capsular repair - a complex capsulorhexis method along with single-pass and 4 throws technique. all steps are shown in detail
this case is a 10-year-old child with 4 days old injury with cataract cortical matter in AC.
postoperative unaided vision is 6/12 and pupil dilates to approx 6.0 mm to enable regular retinal evaluation
