[WR] Fight Night in 33.86 - NFS Hot Pursuit 2010

Can be done much quicker but it's good enough for now. I don't really have good strats here, just get the spike off early and abuse the rubberband in a similar way to Double Cross and spike again. Get double spike damage too, that'll help.

This is currently 1st on the IL board for this event.
