Disc excision still feasible in huge deep endometriosis of the low rectum

28 year infertile nullipara
1 failed IVF
Dyschesia, Dysuria requiring self catheterization, Deep dyspareunia, Left Sciatic pain
MRI: huge deep endometriosis infiltrating low rectum with stenosis, left parametrium down to sacral roots, right parametrium, bilateral hydronephrosis
Intraoperatively, there was significant pelvic inflammation, however we completely removed deep endometriosis lesions, released the ureters and left sacral roots, and excised rectal endometriosis using a large 6cm disc excision
