He was insistent.
He called because he watched my videos.
"I like you," he said.
"I like the way you talk and how you explain things," he continued.
"I want you as my lawyer," he said.

"My doctor screwed up big time!" he exclaimed.

He was not happy.
He didn't understand why I couldn't just crank out a summons and complaint, file it with the court and be on our way with a lawsuit against his careless physician.
