Ladies 21-Minute Home Workout - Burn Fat, Build Muscle, Get Stronger This workout will help you burn fat, tone muscle, and prevent injury by working on all the major muscle groups with 3 super-sets of 2 exercises each. Rest only as much as is needed, and no more.

Use some good music. I'm listening to vocal trance during this workout.

Superset 1: Face Pulls to Push Ups
Superset 2: Banded Rows to Hip Thrusts
Superset 3: Goblet Squats to Arm Circles

Perform as many reps as possible for each movement before you switch. Perform 3 rounds of each superset till failure.

Every 4 weeks the workouts will get more intense and you will be challenged to step it up. You have to crawl before you can walk, and walk before you can run, and run before you can jump.

In this video I will demonstrate workout A, the first ladies workout of our couples fitness challenge that will be released early 2020. ENJOY the sneak peak and raw footage.
