Leaders of the BRICS countries (Brazil, Russian Federation, India, China and South Africa) meet in Brasilia on Thursday, November 14 for the second and final day of this year’s summit. The 11th BRICS summit will focus on the theme “BRICS: Economic Growth for an Innovative Future” and leaders are set to discuss the strengthening of the countries’ cooperation on science, technology and innovation; digital economy; fight against transnational crime; amongst others topics.
