1 kg (2 pounds) boiled potatoes;
1 tbsp butter;
60 g (2 oz) cheese;
1 tsp oregano;
1 cup flour;
12 slices ham;
2 cups shredded cheese.
METHOD
Preheat oven to 200C/400F.
Mash boiled potatoes with some butter, add cheese, oregano, and flour. Mix everything together until thick potato dough forms.
Spread half of the potato mixture in a rectangular baking pan, brushed with butter and sprinkled with some flour.
Add a layer of ham and shredded cheese on top. Cover with more potatoes, ham, and cheese.
Bake potato lasagna for 30 minutes and serve right away.
