Today we continue talking about the stylish skirts with flounces.
In the previous videos I showed you how to make a skirt with a flounce. I showed you how to make slight flare, a circle flounce and a double circle flounce. You can also make several symmetric flounces and tier them up. Or you can make a cut in a skirt inset the flounce in it.
