Is Jalen Green a finished product? Definitely not, but what elite prospect in their final year of high school is. With that said, if what I saw this past weekend was any indication of what he could go on to become, then I see no reason why he should have to waste 6 months playing at the college level. Jalen's elite athleticism doesn't stop at his eye-popping leaping ability; it carries over to everything he does on the court. He seems to just glide naturally and with fluidity in everything he does. While he could beef up physically, he doesn't seem to shy away from contact and attacks the rim with a Vince Carter-like ferocity. The thing that impressed me the most this weekend was his improved ability to handle the ball. Some of the combo moves he brought out had the fans on their feet and scouts left wondering what really is Green's ceiling. The thing I left Dallas certain of, is that college basketball needs Jalen Green a whole lot more than he needs it.
