Seperating Self-Worth From Career

Going into the decade I'd made one big mistake. Linking my career intrinsically with my self-worth. This was due to it being relatively successfully through college, university and into my first two roles. Then Australia and some difficult times. It is important in life that you consider separating self-worth from your career and make it about things that sit above the transient things that often aren't completely in your control.

Your job is not your self-worth.
