I guess Joe Scarborough hasn't found out that the time to gloat about something is AFTER it happens, not before. In this case Joe is gloating about President Donald Trump losing in a landslide in 2020. This is the same Joe Scarborough who predicted in 2016 that Trump would have a greater loss that year than Barry Goldwater did in 1964.
