Today a consumer was seriously beaten up by executive engineer and staff the only fault of the consumer was he went to substation to registered his grievance where instead of listing to his problem the said officer used bad language and first thrashed the consumer later the all staff members and so called contracters joined and seriosly beaten the customer,the local police was unawairece of this incidence as uisual; this is happening in this department the consumer are harrassed and a mafia syndicate is formed and extoretion buisness is on from top to bottom.
