I made the cabinet out of an air-dried walnut slab that was cut using an Alaskan chainsaw mill. The cabinet features magnets that hold picture frames in place, with the comics inside the frames.
The coolest part is definitely the lights. I used LED strip lights ( and my video shows exactly how to install these particular lights. The lights can be changed to any color we want. We can also change the brightness, can make them rotate colors in a pattern, and they flicker to music! This set has an RF remote. There are two remote types when buying lights, RF and IR. IR means that you have to point the remote at a sensor to make it work. RF allows you to point the remote in any direction to control the lights, and the signal can travel through walls or other objects.
If you want to see how to install LED lights then check out this video!
