it is very difficult to manage a child with Quadriplegic spastic cerebral palsy & B/L hip dislocation. Ms Komal Jain who came first time to trishla with B/L hIp Dislocation and inability to do anything by themselves or support. her both leg was crossing too much. her status was GMFCS5 grade. Due to the insistance of parents, we decided to operate her both hip. finally we were able to locate both hip in-situ. they stayed at Allahabad for 9 months . they work very hard with our team and finally she got results which we never thought of. Now she is able to sit without support, stand and walk with little support. she has excellent results. it happens due to dedicated effort rom whole team of trishla.
