Armed robber refuses to take cash from an elderly Lady An elderly woman in northeast Brazil offered to give her money to an armed robber, who told her he didn't need it and kissed her forehead instead.
A surveillance camera inside the pharmacy showed the suspect speaking with the woman while his accomplice robbed the store employee Tuesday afternoon in the city of Amarante.
The frail woman, who lives in a home adjacent to the pharmacy, faced the suspect and told him that she wanted him to take her money as well.
The armed robber tapped her shoulder in an effort to calm her and planted a kiss on her forehead.
Almeida said the woman then approached one of the thieves and demanded he taker her money. But he instead kissed her and said, 'no, ma'am, you can be quiet, I don't want your money.'
