Maharashtra governance priority, No minimum plan for farmers? | The Newshour Debate (16th Nov)

On The Newshour Debate special edition, it's been more than 20 days since the Maharashtra election results came out but even today the state does not have a government. Even the MLAs elected by them are yet to spring into action because the top brass is still drafting out a common minimum programme and there is no clarity on where a government is even likely to be instated.
Meanwhile 29 farmers have committed suicide as the political power play continues. When will Maharashtra get some relief?
