Confessional audio commentary (sort-of-podcast!)

I had the best time working with my dear friend and awesome human bean Nathan Thomas on the very first release from my new album Confessional. He co-wrote the track with me, and opens the single in dramatic style! This audio commentary delves a bit deeper into how the title track was conceived and developed, we geek out massively on the intricacies of the music and how tiny changes can have a big affect on the song. Plus we did a lot of the song apart from each other – hey if it works for Elton John and Kiki Dee?? We also cover more generally the concept of the album which will hopefully give you a bit of an insight into what’s to come! Don’t forget to all give Nathan that thumbs up he deserves!! :D 👍👍
FYI, this was originally meant to be a five minute chat about the track, but we’ve ended up with a 40 minute podcast! I’ve decided to keep it, let me know what you think about the format in the comments below? I might record the rest of them this way??
