As part of Philippine prison bureau's reform efforts to put an end to the culture of corruption, law enforcement agencies are setting up a liaison office at the New Bilibid Prisons. Metro Manila police chief M/Gen. Guillermo Eleazar also reacts to reports about him being the next police chief.
